ਗੂਗਲ ਮੈਪਸ ਇੱਕ ਵੈੱਬ-ਅਧਾਰਿਤ ਸੇਵਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਭੂਗੋਲਿਕ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਈਟਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਸਤ੍ਰਿਤ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।  ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਸੜਕ ਦੇ ਨਕਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਗੂਗਲ ਮੈਪਸ ਕਈ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਏਰੀਅਲ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਟੇਲਾਈਟ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।  ਕੁਝ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ, ਗੂਗਲ ਮੈਪਸ ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਤਸਵੀਰਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੜਕ ਦੇ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।

1) ਗੂਗਲ ਮੈਪਸ ਐਪ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਫ਼ੋਨ ਜਾਂ ਟੈਬਲੈੱਟ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ Android GPS ਹੈ।  ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸ਼ਾਪਿੰਗ ਮਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਇਮਾਰਤਾਂ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਲੱਭਣ ਅਤੇ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਖੋਜ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਐਪ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ। 

2) ਗੂਗਲ ਮੈਪਸ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ 18 ਨਵੰਬਰ, 2019 ਨੂੰ ਲਾਂਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

What are the different types of Google Maps? 

Roadmap displays the default road map view. This is the default map type. Satellite displays Google Earth satellite images. Hybrid displays a mixture of normal and satellite views. Terrain displays a physical map based on terrain information.

1. The Google Maps app is a free Android GPS for your phone or tablet. You can use the app to find places like shopping malls and office buildings and discover new places. 

2. Google Maps Platform launched in India on November 18, 2019.
