कंप्यूटर सुरक्षा कंप्यूटर प्रौद्योगिकी की एक शाखा है, जिसे coin और नेटवर्क में लागू की जाने वाली सूचना सुरक्षा के रूप में जाना जाता है। कंप्यूटर सुरक्षा का उद्देश्य इसके नियत उपयोगकर्ताओं के लिए सूचना तथा सामग्री को सुलभ रखते हुए चोरी, भ्रष्टाचार या प्राकृतिक आपदा से सूचना और सामग्री की रक्षा करना है।
